Sapphire Studio is the studio's branding identity for the Glenroy development at 1 Clovelly Avenue — two architecturally designed Class 1B rooming houses delivering nine ensuite studio rooms per building. Each studio combines a private ensuite bathroom and private kitchenette with considered communal living and kitchen facilities. The project is constructed in high-efficiency PanelTech SIPS, engineered for operational efficiency, energy performance, acoustic insulation and a modern resident experience.
