When you send an enquiry

Rental enquiries and preliminary applications include your contact details, preferred timing, proposed occupants and room requirements. These are stored in the same private enquiry inbox for Men In Blue to respond and arrange the next step. Do not submit identity scans, bank details or payments through this form. Further documents, if needed, will be requested separately through a suitable private process. Contact rental@meninblue.com.au about access, correction or removal of rental enquiry details.

Men In Blue stores the name, email, optional phone number, suburb and project description you submit so we can respond and manage your enquiry. Enquiries are held in our website database hosted through Sites and Cloudflare, accessible to authorised site administrators. We do not publish your enquiry or send its contents to Google Analytics. Please do not include financial records or sensitive documents.

Selected campaign labels from links (such as Google, LinkedIn or our business card) may be kept for this browser tab’s session and saved with your enquiry to help us understand how you found us. Arbitrary query parameters are ignored. This does not require accepting Google Analytics. Contact gagan@meninblue.com.au to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry.

To limit spam, we use a short-lived hash of the connection IP address and hour to count submission attempts. The rate-limit record expires after two hours and is removed on a later submission. We do not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record.

Our website uses Resend to notify Men In Blue when an enquiry is saved. The notification contains an enquiry reference and a link to our private inbox; it does not include your contact details or message.

Optional analytics

We use optional Google Analytics to understand visits to this website and clicks on our phone, email and capability brochure links. Analytics starts only when you choose Accept analytics. You can decline and continue using the site, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

When enabled, Google Analytics receives usage and device/browser information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We send page paths and referring website domains, without URL query strings or fragments. Our click events do not include email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry text. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals through this tag.

A phone or email click does not tell us whether a call or message was completed. With analytics consent, a successfully saved enquiry sends a generate_lead event without your personal information or enquiry reference. This indicates a submitted enquiry, not a qualified opportunity. Only approved campaign labels may be sent to Google; arbitrary URL queries and fragments remain excluded.

Choosing No thanks stops further collection through this tag and removes its first-party analytics cookies. It does not erase data previously collected by Google. Your preference is stored in this browser; clearing browser storage resets it.
